天然瓦斯管線在台北很普遍嗎？ Is natural gas pipeline common in Taipei?

在台北天然瓦斯管線很常見，然而並非所有台北市建築物都安裝天然瓦斯表，比如說陽明山地區的別墅為天然瓦斯管線無法配置到的地區,就會以瓦斯桶來取代。

而台北市區部分的套房，因社會影響以及生活習慣方式的改變，套房內的瓦斯熱水器由電熱水器取代，瓦斯爐可由電爐取代，也因此套房型建物內沒有瓦斯表的身影。

根據經濟部能源局提供，以民國110年為例，台北市房屋稅籍住宅類數量為901,085，天然氣用戶數為704,975，約78%的人口比例使用天然氣。因瓦斯桶不像天然氣有裝表可以統計數量，故是以住宅數量扣除天然氣用戶數以及低度使用用電戶數61,410後，推估後為桶裝液化石油氣用戶數為134,700。
